Soder 280 - Bronze

M.i.g. bronze wire for joining and surfacing on bronze alloys, brass, steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Copper base analysis against corrosion of sea water, acid in various concentration. The deposit is usinable (180 Hb) but suitable for strong wear metal on metal, also good for buttering before hard bronze recharge.

Soder 280S - Hardbronze

Hard bronze m.i.g. wire for surfacing of "against wear" and "against seizing" metal on metal, also in stainless-steel jobs. The high hardness of 300 Hb and to the "against seizing" property, make this material suitable for recharge on bending sheet or stainless steel moulds and tools, bushings, wire guides, turbines, tire moulds and yellow bronze castings repairs, In this case warm it up at around 350°C. It is possible also to weld on cast-iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and bronze.

Soder 281 - Pure copper

M.i.g. welding wire for welding copper or for copper recharge on steel. Good substitute of covered electrode or flame rods when large amount of material is needed. If more than 4 mm thickness is requierd warm up joints up to 450°C. Perfect copper colour for castings repairs and perfect conductivity.
